Can we move from Jira?

Yes. Synaptiq imports projects and work items from Jira, and docs from Confluence, SharePoint and Google Drive.

Does Synaptiq Agent change data on its own?

No. It proposes changes with a preview, and a person with the right permissions confirms them. Permissions are checked again at that moment.

Where does our data live?

In a Synaptiq cloud workspace, a dedicated managed environment, or your own cloud tenancy. Secrets are held in a key vault, never in the database.
